Who we are
Room Rankers LLC ("Room Rankers", "we", "us") is a hospitality marketing, revenue-management and technology consultancy based in Miami, Florida. We operate the websites roomrankers.com and rankmyroom.com and provide services to hotels, resorts and vacation-rental owners. Contact: pablo@roomrankers.com, 786-879-1576.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a form on our website (for example a free-audit request), we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, property name, property size, website or listing address, and your message. When you become a client, we collect the business and contact information needed to deliver and invoice our services.
Information collected automatically
Our website uses standard web-server logs and may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site and interaction events. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may record your IP address for security and performance purposes.
Information from platforms we connect to for clients
To deliver our services, clients authorize us to access accounts on third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Meta, online travel agencies (for example Expedia and Booking.com), property-management systems, booking engines and email-marketing tools. Through those connections we may access advertising performance data, campaign settings, website analytics, reservation and revenue data, and guest contact information held by the client. We access only the data required to perform the services the client has engaged us for.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver the audits and services you request.
- To manage, optimize and report on advertising, distribution, pricing, website and marketing activity on behalf of our clients.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and internal tools.
- To communicate with clients about their engagement, invoices and results.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use information obtained through client platform connections for any purpose other than providing services to that client.
Google API Services and Google Ads data
Where Room Rankers accesses Google user data through Google APIs (including the Google Ads API, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile), our use of that information adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we use Google user data only to provide and improve the services the account owner has requested; we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide those services, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice; we do not use it for serving advertisements unrelated to the client's own campaigns; and we do not allow humans to read it except with the account owner's consent, for security purposes, to comply with the law, or for internal operations where the data has been aggregated or anonymized. Access can be revoked at any time from the account owner's Google account settings.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, email delivery, analytics, and the client platforms described above), with a client's own team as directed by the client, and when required by law. Our service providers are bound to use the information only to provide their services to us.
Retention and security
Form submissions and client records are retained for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted. Platform access granted by clients is removed when an engagement ends or on request. We protect information with access controls, encrypted connections and least-privilege access to client accounts.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing pablo@roomrankers.com. You can control analytics cookies through your browser settings. If you are a guest of one of our clients, please contact the property directly; we process guest information only on the property's instructions.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
